2019 Life Course Health Program for Women’s and Children’s Health Pediatrics and Reproductive Medici

From May 15-18, 2019, 2019 Life Course Health Program for Women's and Children's Health Pediatrics and Reproductive Medicine was co-organized by the China Program for Health Innovation and Transformation of Harvard Medical School Department of Population Medicine (China Program) and U.S.-China Health Summit.

22 chief physicians in reproductive medicine, IVF, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics and related fields across China participated the program.

The Program addressed many challenges facing China, such as increased demand for high-quality healthcare service, and advanced science and technologies for diagnostic and treatment practice, increasing infertility and demand for assistant pregnancy, women with high-risk pregnancy, and ect and prepared participants with a comprehensive perspective of healthcare for women and children in the U.S.

The program covered topics including reproductive medicine, prenatal care, postnatal care to pediatric care, as well as relevant genomic, clinical, and lifestyle factors, and emphasized quality improvement and leadership for department management.
