"Big Data and the Third-Party Evaluation"

Artificial intelligence has been applied in fields like electronic medical record, medical imaging, electrocardiogram, chronic diseases, and so on. It could assist doctors to evaluate and analyze some cancers, acute diseases, and chronic diseases, so as to realize clinical assisted diagnosis and treatment, disease prediction, and pre-alarm.

For example, through e-records, the computer could predict the incidence of some disease in the next 30 or 60 days. By building electronic medical record and establishing an illness-similarity-evaluation model, it would help to find the most similar illness in the database. By checking clinical records and medication of previous patients, this database could help make a personalized evaluation so as to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.

"International Cooperation and Innovation to help strengthening Primary Care System in China"

In the aspect of primary care, the U.S. has a lot of experience worth learning. For example, the Medical School of the University of Utah used to be like our AAA hospitals, but 20 years ago, they saw the trend of integrated development and realized the differences between primary care management and specialty hospital management.

To involve patients in primary care system, their medical staff worked as a team to ensure medical quality. The hospital established a "Comprehensive System”. The system integrated primary care section and the specialty section, unified medicine supply and call center, and let clinical staff be responsible for solving all kinds of problems and referrals. This has put the medical services in order and greatly promoted the efficiency.

In the U.S., we usually hear some doctors complaining that they could have great talks with patients but have to put down all the medical records after the talk.

We want to ensure doctors can focus on playing to their specialities. By utilizing text structuralizing, voice recognition, and other technologies, we could simplify their work as well as standardize the medical recording process. In addition, Alibaba has been continuously researching, developing and trying in aspects like AI imaging, physiological signal recognition, and knowledge graph. It intends to let the internet change health services.

The Ngawa Prefecture, Wenchuan covers more than 80,000 square kilometers. Through conducting mobile health, it forms a model that uses mobile cars as the carrier, informatization as the methods, and the hospital as the platform, to deliver quality health care services to citizens.
