Healthcare/Biotech Analysts (5)

We are looking for prolific and enthusiastic analysts for Innovation Program. Your goal is to follow the healthcare sector broadly and provide in-depth information and analysis of one specific health-related area, based on the mutual interest of yourself and the program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong knowledge and skill in analyzing developments in the healthcare/biotech space (i.e. clinical readouts, drug/device approvals, etc.)

  • Produce actionable content for outreaching institutional partners, in addition to helping the team in all aspects of operations

  • Contribute ideas and perspectives on situations in the healthcare landscape, and communicate them to companies and/or VCs

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking;

  • Strengths in project management and attention to detail;

  • Experience in startups, venture capitals and R & D preferred, background including but not limited to healthcare, robotics, big data, new materials and energy;

  • Network of healthcare/biotech related industry and/or VC contacts would be a plus.

 

 

 

 

 

Outreach Associates (5)

Want to work with leaders in the U.S and China healthcare community?  As an outreach associate, you will get tremendous growth opportunities to develop your networking skills and access the U.S. and China’s innovation and entrepreneurial

communities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and retain relationships with leading innovators, experts, entrepreneurs and policymakers in both the U.S. and China;

  • Manage and expand the database of health-related companies and other institutional partners.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Aptitude in partnership communication and networking skills;

  • Experience in venture capital or R&D preferred, background including but not limited to biomedical science, bioengineering and public health;

  • Experience working with high profile people and organizations will be a plus.

 

 

 

 

 

Training Program (5)

In this role, you will assist in planning and implementing a wide variety of training programs and activities for the U.S.-China Health Summit community, especially the startups enrolled in our Innovation Program. You will gain first hand training, management and logistics experience while planning and organizing these trainings.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, plan, and execute trainings through communicating with world- class mentors and outside organizations

  • Survey and analyze feedback from both trainers and trainees

  • Assisting marketing team in publicizing events

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of taking initiative and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn

  • Experience working in training and/or health-related space preferred
