We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Associates to help our initiatives. The Business Development Associates will support internal and external relationships. This professional must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven record of success in expanding the organization's objectives and exceeding business/non-business goals.

 

Duties of the Business Development Associates include:

• Identify opportunities to partner with other organizations or companies

• Manage existing partnerships and inform current and potential partners about key business developments

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

• Develop and organizes new business development initiatives

• Monitors the external and internal environment for the development of new market segments.

• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure proper branding

• Evaluate company goals on a quarterly basis

• Manages specific corporate/non-corporate programs and oversee department budget
